What is Bioresonance Hair testing?
Bioresonance therapy is a complimentary medicine using a device that captures and diagnoses electromagnetic signals coming from the body. Developed in the 1970’s by a team of medical doctors and bio-physicists, these devices are in regular use in over 26 different countries.
Is there anything additional to pay?
If you’ve purchased one of our hair testing kits, you will have to pay the cost of the postage back to the processing centre here in the UK. If you’ve purchased a blood intolerance test, you will receive a free post return envelope in the kit which is sent to you. We try to keep our costs as low as possible (by not sending out physical hair testing kits) so that we are able to offer such a comprehensive and accurate test at the price offered. Please ensure the correct postage amount has been paid as we are not liable for any extra charges.
How much should postage cost? (hair samples)
When you send your samples to us, please remember to attach the correct postage amount to your envelope or outer wrap. If you do not attach the correct postage, the samples may not reach our testing lab. Therefore, you may need to resend your samples to us again using the correct postage amount. For more information please visit our International Service page.

How do I take a hair sample?
The safest way to take a hair sample is to ask someone else to help you. First brush your hair upwards to reveal the root area at the back of the head, then holding a small amount of hair between the finger and thumb, cut the hair as close to the scalp as possible (without drawing blood). If you do not have anyone to help you, using a mirror may help ensure you avoid injury.
How much hair do I have to provide?
Only a small amount – 5 individual strands of hair. We do not require large clumps of hair.
My hair is very short, can I still complete the tests?
The hair sample does not have to be from the head; we can test hair from any part of the body including leg, arm or chest.
My hair is dyed, will this affect the result?
No, the test is completed on the composition of the hair sample so hair colouring will have no effect on the result.
Will medication affect my test results in anyway?
Unfortunately as there is a large variety in medication it may affect your samples. We would recommend you seek advice from your doctor, or a member of our dedicated Customer Services team who are available on LiveChat 24 hours a day, Monday-Friday.
Can you test for coeliac disease?
We do not test for coeliac disease, however we can test for a gluten intolerance. If you suspect you may have coeliac disease we strongly recommend you seek advice from your GP.
Can I find out if I have coeliac disease with one of your tests?
A reaction to gluten or wheat in our tests does NOT show the presence of coeliac disease. In order to test for coeliac disease you should speak to your GP. The blood testing usually carried out is total IgA and IgA tissue transglutaminase antibody (tTG).
